Mackenzie Health is launching its PFAC recruitment process and inviting members of the community to apply to participate in the organization’s new Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC).

Applications are being accepted online from Mackenzie Health’s website and by mail. PFAC Advisors will be selected from patients, family members and/or caregivers of patients who have received services from Mackenzie Health within the past two years and who demonstrate a number of key attributes.
