This collaboration allows us to exchange on the health needs of Francophone populations in our regions, validate community expectations, share ideas, and develop effective solutions.

Entité 4 actively engages with 7 OHTs and is part of various Francophone tables and committees related to Entité 4’s priority areas (virtual care, mental health, care for seniors, primary care, palliative care, and chronic diseases) as well as various determinants of health.
