As a result of community engagement and collaboration with various organisations and Ontario Health Teams, Entité 4 develops projects that ultimately lead to improved access to French Language Health Services (FLHS).

An important part of our efforts is focused on supporting identified French language health service providers towards obtaining the designation status.

Designation represents an official recognition by the Ontario government of an organization’s ability and ongoing commitment to provide high-quality services in French.

Designation assists healthcare service providers in maintaining the delivery of these services and shows the Francophone community the government’s and providers’ dedication to French-language services.

In addition, our extensive work in community engagement and development of innovative projects with partners enables us to make recommendations to Ontario Health concerning the provision of FLHS.

Entité 4 also organizes active offer workshops. Active offer of French language health services is the regular and permanent offer of services to the Francophone population.
